Michael has been a meditation and breathwork teacher since 2008 with a background in the psychological and sociological effects of these practices in the real world. Michael is a world renowned teacher, author and speaker who believes in the power of these practices to support our mind and mental health. Born in New Zealand and raised in Los Angeles, Michael now lives in London and has dedicated his life to ensuring that these quiet practices are easy, accessible and agnostic in the modern world. Michael founded Just Breathe in 2016 as a way to educate and inspire the world how to meditate. As an organisation, Just Breathe is dedicated to bringing people together to celebrate community, connection and quiet.

Dan Morgan, Course Mentor

Dan Morgan is an internationally recognised breathwork, meditation, and yoga teacher, as well as a Teacher Trainer, Transformational Coach, and Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist. With nearly a decade of experience, Dan has had the privilege of guiding thousands of individuals worldwide. His passion lies in inspiring others to find a healthy balance in their lives, helping them to live authentically and in harmony with their true selves. Breathwork and meditation are two of the cornerstones of Dan's personaI practice and professional offerings. Having personally navigated life challenges such as asthma, anxiety, and stress, Dan deeply understands the transformative power of these practices. He is dedicated to sharing their benefits with his clients and students globally, empowering them to achieve greater well-being and self understanding.

Pavlina Nehrebecki, Course Mentor

Meditation has been an antidote to Pavlina's busy past life of producing large scale events and looking after her small children. This practice had such an impact on her wellbeing, that she decided to dedicate herself to sharing this powerful practice with others, helping them to find a moment of calm in every day and (re)connect with all parts of ourselves as well as others. Having recently moved from London to Denmark, Pavlina uses the power of the internet to stay in touch with the Just Breathe community as one of the course mentors.

Helen worked in Youth Justice & Socia! Work for 15 years in high pressure, high stress environments where many people became burnt out. After retraining as a breathwork, meditation and yoga teacher, Helen works with individuals, organisations & runs community projects. Helen specialises in deep rest practices, work place well being, supporting adults with additional needs and running projects for the NHS, with a passion to reduce stress & support people with their mental health through gentle movement, breathwork and meditation.

Josh Reynolds, Course Mentor

Josh found meditation in a period of personal hardship and over-time was taken by the profound ability these practices have to build clarity, resilience, and connection. It was as a result that Josh pursued a path as a meditation teacher, eventually encompassing breathwork and joining the Just Breathe community as a mentor in 2024. Josh truly believes in the transformative power of intentional breathing and meditation and strives to share this impact with others, offering accessible tools for growth and healing.

Emily Cramp, Course Mentor

Emily is a former London agency head who discovered the transformative power of meditation in navigating modern life. With over a decade of practice, she is now a certified meditation and breathwork teacher, as well as an advanced yoga instructor. Emily’s approach combines accessible, playful exploration with mentorship, drawing from her experience in mental health, social impact, and inclusion projects. Passionate about empowering others, she shares tools to help individuals cultivate connection, joy, and freedom from anxiety.

Jay Shah, Course Mentor

Jay is a Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation Coach who guides people towards deeper strength, balance, and clarity through his signature integrative practices that draw on years of experience teaching classes, retreats, and festivals across the UK and internationally. His approach is informed by extensive training with Jason Crandell’s Yoga Method, the Svastha School of Yoga Therapy, Just Breathe, and Christopher Timermann’s work in psychedelic neuroscience.

Having begun his career in the corporate world, Jay now supports ambitious professionals succeed at work, create balance in life, and become magnetic to their aspirations through the Ollinova Method (www.ollinova.com). At the heart of Jay’s mission is a simple truth: regulating our nervous system helps to transform our inner world and eventually fuels collective healing.

Agata Rozenska, Course Mentor

Agata Rozenska is a passionate yoga teacher and co-founder of Simha Yoga Italy, based in Riva del Garda. Teaching yoga since 2019, she builds on a strong background in sport, movement, and education, with a deep passion for sharing knowledge and guiding others in their growth. Yoga is the foundation of her work and the space where movement, awareness, and self-inquiry come together. Certified in breathwork and meditation through Just Breathe, Agata integrates conscious breathing and mindful practices seamlessly into her yoga teaching, creating a natural and powerful connection between body, breath, and mind.

Her approach is practical and rooted in real-life application, offering tools that support clarity, emotional balance, and long-term well-being. She brings authenticity, depth, and embodied experience to her role as a mentor, supporting others in teaching with confidence and integrity.

Zaide Chan, Course Mentor
London, UK

Is a qualified hospital medical doctor and worked within the NHS for many years. She stopped working after her fourth child.

She discovered yoga by chance and felt the practice changed her life, completing a YTT to deepen her understanding. This interest led to her completing the Just Breathe breathwork and meditation teacher training course. She is excited to support the teaching of the course.
