Join Michael and Camille for our annual winter retreat to relax and unwind, set in the beautiful countryside of Norfolk, UK. Michael will be teaching meditation, breathwork and yoga, while Camille will be teaching yin yoga, sound healing and host the evenings with non-alcoholic mindful cocktails to enjoy.


Set amongst twenty-one acres of undisturbed private woods, lakes and gardens in the English countryside, our Winter Retreat will host a time to unwind and make space to relax. Come and enjoy good company, great conversations and time to practice and reconnect with nature.


On this retreat we will have:

  • Morning meditation with Michael

  • Yin yoga with Cami

  • Gentle Vinyasa Yoga with Michael

  • Afternoon/evening sound healing with Cami

  • Breathwork sessions with Michael

  • Mindful Happy Hour hosted by Cami

  • Delicious healthy vegetarian dinner


An array of optional activities happening over the weekend:

We believe that a retreat should bring all the best bits of life together, from delicious foods and mindful cocktails, yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound healing, a space to gather and ultimately, above all else ‘good times with great people’.

Please note the retreat centre does not have baby cots available.

We require a non-refundable booking deposit of £350.00 p/person (adults only) to confirm your place on the retreat with your remaining payment due no later than 90 days before the retreat begins. In the event you can no-longer join, we will do our best to try and replace with your spot, if we can, you’ll receive a full refund minus the non-refundable booking deposit of £350.00 p/person. In the event we cannot, you will be responsible for the entire payment of your place on the retreat. Your spot on the retreat is transferable to someone else once paid in full, as long as they meet the requirements for participation.

  • Each day there will be:

    - Morning breathwork or meditation practice
    - Vinyasa or Yin Yoga class
    - Afternoon or evening sound healing or yoga nidra
    - Daily cold water swimming
    - Nature walks and hikes (optional)
    - Mindful drinking workshop with Cami

    You’ll be served 3 vegetarian meals a day with tea and snacks will be available too and all dietary requirements will be catered for.

    Cami is a globally recognised bartender and drinks expert turned mindfulness, Yoga and Meditation teacher. A true pioneer Camille, also known as Mindfully Cami (@mindfullycami), is on a mission to inspire the world to bring mindfulness into the glass, showing that Tasty doesn’t have to be Boozy. For her, its all about celebrating Epic Nights & Early Mornings for a hangover-free life.

    She is a leading voice in the mindful drinking movement, Mindful Cocktail™ creator, author of two cocktail books, keynote speaker, creative consultant, mindfulness teacher, and holistic coach.     As a yin yoga teacher & sound healers she shares the practice with gentleness, softness and courage. A London based teacher who focuses on slowing down and creating moments of real human connection. Her classes will invite you to create space int he body and leave you feeling relaxed, grounded and nourished.
