Yoga Nidra Teacher Training
A Certified Just Breathe Course
with Pavlina Nehrebecki
Starts 6th May 2026
Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of conscious rest — a systematic method of moving the body, breath, and mind into deep relaxation while awareness remains gently awake. Often described as “yogic sleep,” it sits between waking and dreaming, where the nervous system can reset, the mind can soften, and the body is given space to restore itself.
This training is designed for already certified meditation, breathwork and/or yoga teachers who feel called to explore the layered and transformative practice of Yoga Nidra.
Rooted in a post-lineage, non-dogmatic approach, the course balances a clear, step-by-step framework with space for intuitive, creative expression. You’ll build on your existing skills in guiding, holding space and understanding the nervous system regulation, while learning how to create powerful containers for your students’ rest, discovery and even spiritual growth.
Yet this training is more than a new technique. It is first and foremost an invitation into your own journey, a gift of deep rest, self-enquiry and inspiration that will expand both your personal practice and your teaching. Alongside the wisdom of traditional frameworks, the training also incorporates learnings from modern neuroscience and the Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), illuminating how the practice supports the brain and nervous system in profound and measurable ways.
