How often are new meditations added?
New meditations and breathing practices are added daily; Monday to Sunday. Each practice will be added at 12:01AM local time to your the Daily Meditation screen within your Just Breathe app.


Why are there so many different types of meditation?
There are many different techniques and practices to support your mind and mental wellbeing, on the app we offer a variety of styles to ensure there is something supportive for you no matter how you feel. We have 7 key types of meditations, their descriptions are below:

Guided meditations - Guided practices to quiet the mind and expand your awareness.

Music meditations - Artist collaborations and relaxing tracks to meditate with.

Sleep and rest - Calming practices to help you rest more and sleep better.

Stress and anxiety - Mindfulness guides and real world practices to help ease a busy mind.

Breathing practices -Techniques to calm the body and ease the breath.

When is the best time to meditate?
The best time to meditate is anytime you want to or need to. However if you’re looking for best practice recommendations, try practicing within the first hour of when you wake up, this will help start your day in a calm and meaningful way. If this doesn't work for you don't worry, there are no strict rules you can meditate any time of day that suits you.


I’m new to meditation, where do I start?
If you’re joining us for the first time or you’re new to trying out meditation, the best thing to do is simply practice our daily meditations. Dedicated yourself to 8-10 minutes a day, and in time you will find which types of meditations are your preference.


What is the purpose of meditation?
Meditation is a lifestyle practice to quiet the mind and support your mental wellbeing. Meditation is a great personal practice to expand your awareness and create a sense of calmness and ease in the mind and body.


Should I meditate every day?
A daily practice is a great use of time, in fact, twice a day is even better, but know that any practice, on any day will help you to slow down and feel at ease.


How do I access past meditations?
Every daily meditations is moved into the app library after 24 hours, browse the library' to see all the available practices or visit your profile to revisit a favourite practice you've tried before.


How do I see how many minutes I have meditated?
To see how many minutes you’ve meditated, visit the profile tab and you will find an hourly and minute counter of your total meditation time.


How do I sign out of my account?
To sign out of the account, simply visit the settings which you will find in the top right corner of the profile page and press ‘Sign out’


The meditations are locked, how do I access them?
To unlock meditations you will need to sign up for our 7 day trial or purchase a subscription to the app. With a full app subscription, you will have unlimited access to all meditations, practices and features of the app.


How do I cancel my subscription?
To sign out of your account, simply visit the settings menu which you will find in the top right corner of the profile page and press ‘manage’ this will allow you to update your subscription within the App Store or Google Play (device dependant).
